    Choose any product with a presale badge and check out as normal. Your discount is locked the moment you order.

  • Aug – Sep — we hold your stock

    Your piece is reserved against your order. No need to do anything else — we'll email you if there's ever an issue.

  • Oct – Nov — we dispatch

    Orders go out in waves through October and November. You'll get tracking as soon as yours ships.

  • Summer — it's set up outside

    Your garden's ready before everyone else's — for less than they paid for the same thing.

Why order months ahead

  • Same product, winter price

    Nothing about the furniture changes between August and January — only the price does. Presale is the one time of year it's discounted this deeply.

  • You skip the October rush

    October is when the rest of Australia starts shopping for summer. Presale customers are already set up before the popular sizes and colours sell out.

  • It helps us plan shipping

    Presale orders tell us exactly how much stock to bring in for the season, which keeps our container costs — and your prices — down.

Presale orders are charged in full at checkout — this is the fastest way through, and locks your discount immediately. Prefer to pay a 50% deposit now and the balance before dispatch? Contact us and we'll set it up for you.

When am I charged?

In full, at checkout, on the day you order — that's what locks in your presale price. If you'd rather pay a 50% deposit with the balance due before dispatch, contact us and we'll arrange it manually.

When will my order actually arrive?

Presale orders dispatch in October and November, in batches as stock lands. You'll get an email with your dispatch window as soon as it's confirmed, plus tracking the moment it ships.

Can I request a specific delivery month?

We dispatch by product availability rather than by request, but let us know your preference in the order notes or by contacting us — we'll do our best to accommodate it.

What if the product sells out before dispatch?

Each presale product has a limited number of presale positions per size and colour. Once they're gone, that option comes off the page — so if you can see it on the site, it's genuinely available.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. Contact us any time before your order dispatches and we'll amend the size/colour or refund it in full.

Is the warranty different for presale items?

No — full standard warranty and returns apply, exactly as with any in-stock order. Presale only changes the price and the timing.
