When am I charged?

Two ways: pay in full at checkout to lock in today's presale price (plus an extra 5% off), or pay just a 10% deposit to lock in the same presale price and pay the balance later — whenever your order arrives in Australia, with no fixed deadline.

When will my order be delivered or ready for pickup?

Presale delivery and self pickup are expected in October–November 2026, in batches as stock arrives. We'll confirm your delivery or pickup window. Delivery orders receive tracking once shipped; pickup orders receive confirmation when ready to collect.

Can I request a specific delivery or pickup month?

Delivery and pickup timing depend on product availability, but let us know your preference in the order notes or by contacting us — we'll do our best to accommodate it.

What if the product sells out before dispatch or pickup?

Each presale product has a limited number of presale positions per size and colour. Once they're gone, that option comes off the page — so if you can see it on the site, it's genuinely available.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you paid in full, contact us any time before your order is dispatched or collected and we'll amend the size/colour or refund it in full. If you paid a 10% deposit, you can cancel any time before you pay the balance and your deposit is refunded in full — no fixed deadline, no risk.

What if I change my mind after paying the deposit?

No risk. You can cancel any time before your order arrives in Australia and your 10% deposit is refunded in full — there's no fixed deadline to decide.

Can I see the furniture before I pay the balance?

Yes. Once your order arrives in Australia, you're welcome to inspect it at any of our pickup locations before deciding to pay the balance or cancel for a full refund.

Is the warranty different for presale items?

No — full standard warranty and returns apply (including 30-day change-of-mind returns from delivery or pickup), exactly as with any in-stock order. Presale only changes the price and the timing.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes. Self pickup is available as an alternative to delivery at these locations:
